The Thang: A beautiful night at Pride Rock and the music was pumping. Everyone partnered up &YHC had cones lined up at 50 yards. Plan was one person runs down & back while the other person commences with the exercises. The exercises were as follows:
300 Side straddle hops
200 Merkins
300 Squats
200 LBC’s
300 Klinger Kicks
200 Diamond Merkins
100 Big Boy Situps
Counterama: 19 was the final count

COT: Prayers for new babies, deaths in the family and sickness. Also the Troops. We never forget them.
