The Thang: Wednesday Night Showdown!
Mailman had two rows of 5 flags running north/south. The flags were staggered every 30 yards totaling 150 yards. Mailman asked each PAX to count off by 2s. Team 1 was on one set of flags, team 2 on the other set of flags. Instructions were simple: As a group, run to each flag, do the movement, all group members must be completed with the reps before moving towards the next flag.
Instead of planking for the six, we did burpees until the six finished, then ran to the next flag, once all 5 stations were completed, as a team, we did an Indian run back to the starting line and repeato.
• Sprint from start line, to 1st flag (everyone does 10 burpees)
• Sprint from 1st flag to 2nd flag (everyone does 20 Klinger Kicks 4 is 1)
• Sprint from 2nd flag to 3rd flag (everyone does 30 Squats)
• Sprint from 3rd flag to 4th flag (everyone does 40 Sit-Ups)
• Sprint from 4th flag to 5th flag (everyone does 50 Merkins)
• Indian run as a team back to start
We completed 4 rounds of this, great push by all!
