Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    We had a glorious morning to workout. 12 me worked out. They were Mike Poodle Lagger, Chad Bullock Huntebringer, Billy Hannibal Stark, Matt Stark Yarder, Josh Woodstock Brown, Myron Tupac Bowers, Rick Huckleberry Thielen, Jay Thai Guy Hauseman, Eric Isosceles Puffenberger,Bill Chanel Colon, Dan Van Gogh Miedema and the Q, Mark Landslide Trimble. We started with the secret cadence side saddle hop which we did penalty burpees. We ran to the hill by the marina. We bear crawled up the hill but every so often stopped and did 10 merkins for a total of 50 merkins by the time we reached the top. We jogged down the hill and then sprinted up and jogged down 3 times to which we jogged back to the Wall. At that point, we went to the second level and did an Indian run up the ramp but did a squatt with our backs leaning up against the wall. Once we reached the top, we did an indian run by doing Big Boy sit ups down the top to the stairs. We went to the bottom and finished with planking to a count of 100 and went three rounds of Geronimo. Then we ended in a circle of trust.
