Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

The Thang
Since November YHC has been waiting for a Birthday payback to an F3 brother worthy of HIM status. My boy Geppetto led a beatdown in YHCs honor 9 months ago. Tomorrow was his 40th. Here was the remix. 40 was a theme. Using our Third F Qs name as our motivation, the beatdown began.
Gerkins (Pickle Pounder followed by Merkin) – 40 reps of 4 count
Escalator – 4 trips up and down the stairs
Plank Jacks – with Shoulder tap if you wanted more – 40 reps
Paula Abdul – went up top of wall, used perpendicular side walks as our lines. Bear crawl two lines do 40 Freddy Mercury’s (2 is 1), crawl bear back one line and do 40 heal touches from your six (2 is 1)
Escalator- 4 times up and down stairs
Tricep Dips – 40 reps
Travolta’s- 40 each side
Over/Under Merkins – 40 inclined Merkins on ramp rail, 40 Australian Merkins on ramp rail.
The timing was perfect somehow to finish the workout using GEPPETTO.
Geppetto is a true HIM in every sense of the word. It was an honor to lead this workout.
