Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    After yesterday’s stair rucks, the Q wisely knew that today needed to be a recovery day for those that participated in one of the events so he changed his original plans. We started with stretching exercises and side straddle hops. Then the exercises were very much a you versus you set. We started a dip mountain at 20 dips, from each set of dips, you could either run up the stairs and down the ramp or around the circle at the bottom. Then at the bottom of the ramp, we did an Australian Merkin mountain starting at 20 reps. From here you went to the dips and started over. We then ended in a circle of trust. Participating today was Eric Picaso Kaiser, Gavin Red Rider Smith, Charlie Flubber Champ, Dan Van Gogh Miedema, Billy Hannibel Stark,, Ryan Hazmat Wilson, Bob Raven McCartt, Jeff Spaulding Lonsbrough, Daniel Mile High Cordova, Eric Isosceles Puffenberger, Aubrey Crablegs Hornsby, Allen Cocunut Davies and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble.
