Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    We had a great day today celebrating Valentine’s Day. Everyone got to learn a little about St. Valentine. We started with a side saddle hop warm up with a twist. When the Q yelled Merkin, we did Merkins in cadence. The beatdown had four stations. We also partnered up just like couples for Valentine’s Day. At the first station, the partners worked together doing a wheel barrel for 25 yards. They switched coming back and each partner was the wheel barrel twice. They then did hand tap planks where each hand was tapped 25 times. The second station took the couple through tough times where as a couple they did 50 burpees. The third station had them reaching for the stars by pressing cement blocks as a team for a total of 50 reps. They then did 50 reps of American Hammers as a team. The fourth and final station had the couple do 50 reps of Australian Merkins. The then did side planks in which they did 45 fist pumps with each hand. It appears that most teams got through the rotation twice.

    Attending the love fest was Woodstock, Tupac, Montoya, Flo, Bourbon, Geppetto, Hazmat, Mile High, Buttermaker, Coal, Huckleberry and the Q, Landslide!
