Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    Teams of 3 or 4

    300 reps as a team for a group of 3. 400 reps as a team of 4. 1 person from each team will be moving down and back from base to the top of the hill. Each exercise has a stationary movement and an exercise up and down the hill. Once you reach the top of the hill, run back down. At the bottom, next team member will move up the hill. After you have completed all of the stationary reps as a team move onto the next set of stationary/hill exercises. Exercise Pairs are in the following order:

    Americans / Run up the Hill
    Big Boy Sit Ups/ Backwards Hill Run
    Australian Americans / Shuffle Hill Run
    American Hammers (4 is 1) / Shuffle opposite side Hill Run
    Dips / Lunges
    Air Presses / Run up the Hill
    Burpees / Jump up the Hill
    Plank Jacks / Karaoke
    Imperial Walkers / Bear Crawl
    Penguin Waddles (4 is 1) / Backwards Hill Run
    If you finish, repeat
