    We had 8 hardy souls with us today. We started with a little warm up of side straddle hops and wind mills. We had 5 stations. The first time through we did each station in cadence and bear crawled to the next station. After we went through one rotation, we did the rotation at own pace. The stations were in a Z pattern. At the first station, we did 50 merkins and then a leg lift for 60 seconds. At the second station, we did 30 diamond merkins and 30 big boy sit ups. At the third station, we used cement blocks for 25 overhead presses and 25 American Hammers. The fourth station was 25 South Carolina merkins and 50 bicycle sit ups. The last station was just 10 burpees and we ran back to the first station. We ended in a circle of trust. Attending were Geppetto,Woodstock, Mile High, Hedgehog, Lavar, Mole, Huckleberry, and the Q, Landslide. Bourbon could not make it for work reasons so we switched our Q’s as I am scheduled to Q next week at Rolf and will be out of town.
