    F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principals of F3 are that it must:
    • Be free of charge
    • Be open to all men
    • Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
    • Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary.
    • End with a Circle of Trust
    The Thang.
    Rule of 30:
    30: jumping jacks
    30 burpess
    30: murkins
    30: amerinca hammers
    30 squats
    30 bonnie blairs
Then run a lap and repeat
With 10 minutes left, I asked Tupac to lead a lap run around the park with Burbon supporting the 6.
End with name o rama and COT. Prayer intentions: DJ worm with the passing of his mom and Jannay and the buying of his home.
These gentlemen were amazing individuals, incredibly supportive, and an honor to workout with. If you haven’t Q’d yet, get at it. Theses are the guys to do it with.

    The Thang:

Bourbon, YHC, stumbled through the mission and principles on a cooler than normal morning.

We took off on a 2.75 mile ruck around the Field of Dreams outside perimeter. Lots of great discussion was had as well as learning about each other and our families. A true 2nd F workout was had and enjoyed.

    Count-O-Rama and Name-O-Rama

Learn about the 6: postponed to after the beatdown

COT / Prayers and Intentions: Thankful for the men of F3 and our abilities to be able to gather and workout like we do.
