   The morning kicked off with F3 principles, a you vs. you affirmation, and group stretching. YHC then described the next move for the PAX. A single file line run from Rolf Park to Stranahan Theatre – the corner of Heatherdowns and Cass.

   Once at Heatherdowns, the hustle commenced:

   – 3x: Cinderblock Thrusters & Imperial Walkers w 4 count cadence
   – 1x: Sprint the field
   – 3x: Merkins w 4 count cadence + 10 count plank (side & basic)
   – 25 Splinter Kicks (2-is-1)
   – Mosey w cinderblocks back to Field of Dreams
   – Burpees (15) led by Tupac in cadence
   – 60 seconds of side straddle hops.

   COT: COR, NOR, KNOW-YOUR-6 (Woodstock talked about being EHd by the Sylvania PAX at the MacQueen’s 5K. Appreciation of the group friendship. Got his name bc of last name being Brown, led to Charlie Brown, led to Woodstock), Announce-o-Rama, BOM.
