    The Thang:
We took off on a little over 5 mile run starting at the Field of Dreams parking lot and through the local streets surrounding the community. Lots of great discussion was had while the PAX helped Bourbon get a great start to his birthday. A lot of discussion surrounding 2nd and 3rd F’s along with being called to the mission of F3. A true 2nd F workout was had and enjoyed.

    Warmup:
    • 38 Side-Straddle Hops (4-count, in cadence)

    Beatdown:
    • Each exercise will consist of 38 reps
    • Plank or Al Gore when finished
    • Once 50% of PAX complete the 38 reps, all PAX are complete and move on to run
    • Then each PAX will run the 1/3 mile loop
    • PAX that finish first plank for the 6

    • Exercises:
    o Big Boy Sit-up-Ups
    o One-legged squats (38 per leg or 2 is 1)
    o Up Downs
o Russian Twist (38 per side or 2 is 1)
    o Burpees
o Outlaws (38 per side) (Sitting in the position for flutter kicks, keep your feet together and make a big “O” with them.)
    o Narrow Grip Push-Ups

    • We ran the 1/3 mile look three times in total and to the edge of the parking lot and back for time consciousness. We ended with a little extra time, so YHC decided to make everyone hold plank for a rotating 380 count. I am humbled to be in the presence and lead such great men. What a great way to start off a birthday!
