    The pregame began with the mission statement and the five core principles. We did a warm-up of twenty ones and windmills.

    The game was simple, 10 exercises in the ladder.  1st round 10 reps,2nd round 20 reps 3rd round 30 reps Etc

    The 10 exercises were as follows: Absolutions, big boys sit ups, burpees, donkey kicks, Lieutenant Dan’s, Merkins, pickle Pounders, plank Jack shoulder Taps, side straddle Hops, and squats.

    The packs selected the order in which they wanted to do the exercises and between each round was aproximately a 30 yard dash.

    The packs were allowed to do them individually or as a team. Incredible work was done and we push ourselves till limit as most everyone or  their team completed the exercises. 1 Pax member, Mercy decided the workout wasn’t challenging enough and opted to add additional difficulty using a Ruck pack. Great job by all.

    We ended in the usual way with announcements count o rama,  name O Rama and a circle of trust.
