    Had a workout planned but after doing iron pax before the workout, I called a complete audible!

    In a circle, first guy did 10 bicep curls with cinder block. Next guy did 12, then 14, etc until last guy did 30. Then back down the circle. Group then did 10 burpees. While waiting for your turn, we held al gore with the block. We then lined up and bear crawled about 25 yards, did 25 hand release merkins, then bear crawled back and did 25 more hand release merkins. Back to the circle where First guy did 10 shoulder presses, next 12, etc to 30 then back down. Held squat with blocks while waiting. 10 burpees as group after last guy went. I then went into center of circle and did some ab work featuring 50 flutter kicks 2 is one with block extended over your body, 20 American hammers 2 is 1 with block, and leg raises mixed with hello dollys. We spent last 10 minutes playing ultimate frisbee. Chew toy was 6.
