   Another great morning for a Beatdown!! Started in the COT with an FNG Aaron (Stark EH) and went over what F3 means, the F3 Mission Statement, and the F3 Core Principles. Gave a 3 minute explanation of a few of he exercises then we got to work. We partnered up and got to work. The PAX was:
   Picasso (FNG)
   Geppetto
   Hacksaw
   Bambi
   Lavar
   Landslide
   Bambi
   Mercy
   Bongo
   Red Rider
   Bourbon
   Crab Legs
   Huffy (Q)

   The Beatdown broke down into 4 stations and were as follows:

   Station #1 Parking Lot
   Square Run (sprint, shuffle, sprint, shuffle) 3 Cycles

   Station #2 Pavillion
   Basketball Merkins (1 is 1) 20
   Decline Merkins (Feet on Step) 20
   Incline Merkins (Hands on Step) 20
   Dips 20

   Station #3 Parking Lot
   Sprints (Each Direction is 1) 4
   Jump Squats 25
   Heisman Run 2

   Station #4 Parking lot Island
   American Hammers (2 is 1) 25
   Squat Tuck Jumps 25
   Big Boy Sit-Ups (Partner) 25
   Repeato

   We ended in the COT. Did a counterama, and a namerama. Bambi was our 6. Its great to have Bambi back in the mix!! Then we named Aaron Kyser ‘Picasso” because of his love for painting. We anounced the clothing collection and the CSM beatdown,, the Frog, and the 9/11 Beadown. We ended in prayer with intentions. I was partnered up with Picasso on this beatdown, and had a great time getting to know him. Awesome work by Picasso and the rest of the PAX.
