Bootcamp Style Workout. Park in the parking lot behind the school.

    Warm-Up
    A couple of minutes of stretching, 10 Side Straddle Hops. Lap around the school – I forgot the steps were out back, not out front.

    Workout
    Round 1 – Run over to the back of the school where the big steps are.
    10 merkins → up stairs and back to the beginning → 9 merkins → up stairs and back to the beginning → 8 merkins, repeato until done. Wait for the 6.
    Repeato same with Plank Jacks instead of merkins
    Repeato with Squats

    Round 2 – run over to the football field. Exercises that spell DAWG.
    Start at the Goal line, bear crawl to the 10, do 10 Diamond Merkins, bear crawl to the 20 and do 10 American Hammers, bear crawl to the 30 and do 10 Imperial Walkers, bear crawl to the 40 and do 10 Mountain Climbers. Mozie back to the goal line.
    D- Diamond Merkins
    A – American Hammers
    W – Imperial Walkers
    G – Good Old Fashioned Mountain Climbers – 2 is 1
    Repeato but instead of Bear Crawls do Crab Walks
    Repeato but instead of Crab Walks do Lunge Walks
