    PAX: Mailman, Klinger, Modell, Wolfgang

Read the F3 Mission Statement and Core Principles
    Did Count-O-Rama
Did 21 Side Straddle Hops as a warmup
Mosied over to the Scott football field
Gave PAX quick rundown of my this beatdown was called Cowher Power. Bill Cowher took over the Steelers in 1992 from the legendary Chuck Noll. Right from the first day of training camp Coach Cowher established himself as a tough hard nosed coach with his opening workout. The sprint test. Number 1 draft picks were cut, all time Steelers were placed on the PUP list over their inability to complete the sprint test. That is what we did for the first part of this Beatdown!
We lined up on the end zone and spread out.
We then ran 14 40 yard dashes as a group!
After the sprints I went over the next part of the beat down. Each corner of the endzone has a set of exercises assigned to it was was named after one of the 3 Steelers coaches from the last half century and their owner.
At the conclusion of each set of exercises in each corner we then ran to the next corner of the football field.
    Repeato after the Rooney Corner.

    The exercises were:

Noll Corner: 23 Reps for 23 years as Steelers Head Coach
Side Straddle Hops- 2 is 1

Cowher Corner: 15 Reps for 15 years as Head Coach
    American Hammers- 2 is 1
    Imperial Walker- 2 is 1

Tomlin Corner: 13 Reps for 13 Years as Head Coach
    Jump Squat
    Lieutenant Dan’s- 3 is 1
    Hand Release Merkins

Rooney Corner: 6 Reps of each for the 6 Lombardi Trophies Won
    Merkins Burpees Jump Squat
    Squats American Hammers- 2 is 1 Lieutenant Dan’s- 3 is 1
Side Straddle Hops Imperial Walker- 2 is 1 Hand Release Merkins

Every PAX made it through the rotation, at least, twice.
We then mosey back to the flag at 6:11 AM
    We did Count-O-Rama and Name-O-Rama.
    Klinger was the Six.
We concluded with announcements and the Circle of Trust.
