Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Almost had to call the beatdown due to lightning, waited 10 minutes and proceeded with the beatdown. Shortly after the amazing pain began, the sky cleared up some and it turned out to be a nice morning, even with the heat and high humidity. If I may be bold enough to speak on behalf of the PAX, I feel like a good time was had by all.
After the beatdown most of us stuck around for Coffeteria. Mercy delayed his coffee and did some speedwork. 4 x 400m sprints with 200m walk/jog in between to rest/recoop. Afterward, we affectionately named these sprints “Roosters” after our beloved & revered PAX Ben “Rooster” Holt (Rooster is a beast of a man, a HIM indeed and the PAX of F3 Toledo love him).

It was an honor and pleasure to lead such incredible HIM on a fine summer morning.
