Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    F3 Mission: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith; To plant, grow and serve men’s small workout groups, in order to invigorate male community leadership

    Principles of F3:
    • It must be free of charge
    • It must be open to all men
    • It must be held outdoor, rain or shine, hot or cold
    • It must be peer led in a rotating fashion by men who participate in the workout, with no training or certification necessary
    • It must end with a Circle of Trust (COT)

    Beatdown:
    • Warm-up with 21’s; 10 burpee penalty
    o The PAX missed the mark THREE times and resulted in a total of 30 burpees. We moved on to save further embarrassment and to let the fun of the beatdown begin.
    • Count off into teams of two
    • You are working as a team, but each individual must complete the pyramid
    • When one member of the team is completing the assigned exercise and reps, the does what is in parentheses; switch off as needed until both team members have completed the pyramid
