   Wheel barrow length of court while stopping and doing a merkin at each line

   Bear crawl to end of courts while your partner does shoulder presses squats the entire time.  
   Mosey to parking Lot
   Sprint down and back and do 5 burpees while your partner does dying cock roaches
   Repeat 3 times
   Circle up for Mary all one minute

   Pax showed up and definitely showed out . Edison and sparkles came back and were awesome . I again can’t express my gratitude enough . Pixar was the 6 and he shared about how he appreciates family and friendship so much more since f3 and how it has helped him adjust to divorced life . Love you boys . Thanks to my partner Brita ultimate bat flipper who pushes me every beatdown and in life. We had a great pax of men minus colonel .
