   Introduction – F3 core principles then mosey to band field

   – bend and reach
   – Squat and bend
   – Michael Phelps

   – 3x 25 yard Bear crawl to summer salt to 40 yard Sprint
   – Seated grass drills – roll, roll the 20 push-ups. Repeat 2 more times
   – Then back to 25 yard Bear crawl to summer salt to 40 yard Sprint

   – 350 – Four corners – while you wait for your Clydesdale partner burpees
   –
   – 1) push-ups 20, shouldered press 30
   – 2) partner sit-ups, LBCs 30
   – 3) burpees 15, mountain climbers 30
   – 4) squat jumps, squat pulses 20 (3 is one)

   Stadium Stairs (tall stands) – snake up one side- walk down the same bleachers. All the way down

   Mosey to football sled and side shuffle while working linebacker shed punch on the sled. Fun morning working w the boys

   Ollie is the 6.
   – not just fitness. Thru helping ppl. Community. Add it up and becomes a miracle.
