   Back Blast August 4th: Good Old Fashion Beat Down
   18 PAX with one FNG: Splinter, Gusto, Pixar, Nails, Trojan, Scrooge, Honeymoon, Bagels, Mailman, Froman, Beaker, Mayor, Cogs, Dollywood, Poodle, Sipe, Brita, Brute and Ryan Gailbreath, now known as MacMurray
   Q: Brute

   Work out:
   5 Core Principals
   15 Side Straddle Hops
   Lap around the school
   Mosey to the band practice field:
   7’s with Burpees and Situps
   After 7’s lined up on the goal line and did some laddering: back pedal to the 10 and did 10 merkens, ran back to goal line, back pedal to the 20, did 20 merkens, then back to goal line, laddered all the way to the 50 and finished with 50 merkens.
   Partnered up and did 25 yard wheel barrows then switched
   Mosey to track: keep with your partner: one guy ran a 400 while the other jump roped then switch: Second lap was still a 400 while the other did a wall sit, switch. Third lap was another 400 while the other did LBCs, switch. Final lap, another 400 while the other did squats.

   Once every team completed 2 miles between the two on them, moved on to the stadium, did 30 dips and 30 decline merkens, followed with a 400 around the track then back to the shovel flag.

   Did 34 merkens for Scrooge’s bday, nicked name MacMurray and had announcements and prayer.
   New AO starting this month on Monday nights at Sidecut Park: 5:30 – 6:15 PM
   Prayer request for illness, cancer with those struggling as well as their loved ones, gratitude for our troops and first responders.
