   Welcome our FNG to the center of the COT, F3 core principals, mosey over to the track

   Divide PAX into 5 groups and appoint one leader per group

   The Thang: 4 stations setup equal distances around the 1/4 mile track

   Station #1 – divide 100 Merkins among group. While one PAX works, the other PAX hold upward plank position
   Bear crawl 100 meters to next station.

   Station #2 – divide 200 squats among group. While one PAX works, the other PAX hold lower squat position
   Bear crawl 100 meters to next station

   Station #3 – divide 200 Klinger kicks (2 is 1) among group. While one PAX works, the other PAX hold leg lift position
   Bear crawl 100 meters to next station

   Station #4 – divide 100 jump lunges (2 is 1) among group. While one PAX works, the other PAX hold lower lunge position
   Run 1 1/4 laps around track to Station #1

   Station #5 – run 1 1/4 laps around track to Station #1

   Repeato till 07:15

   Pax circle up – partner up – 50 big boy partner sit ups in cadence

   Mosey back to the shovel flag

   Countorama, Nameorama, (FNG) Brandon “Jiffy” Dirr, know your 6 (Colonel), announcements, prayer intentions
