Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

THE THANG –“Bluto Vs. Mr. Plow.” Had to pull a bit of an audible after 3.5 inches of snow fell over the night and it took a little longer to get to the AO then planned for. We did a bit of an audible due to the weather conditions as well. 4 cones were placed around in a large rectangle. Station 1: 20 Klinger kicks, Station 2: 20 Side straddle hops, Station 3: 20 Little baby crunches, Station 4: 20 Merkins.
Warmup: 35 Side straddle hops in cadence for Bluto’s age
    Station 1 to Station 2-lunges
    Station 2 to Station 3-jog/sprint
    Station 3 to Station 4-Lunges
    Station 4 to Station 1-job/sprint
½ way through we pulled another audible and everyone laid on the ground shoulder to shoulder for leg lifts and passed a cinder block down. Each person did 20, 15, 10, etc.
We then started another round of the cones before we were almost ran over by Mr. Plow. Sipe tried to get him to start at the other end but he wasn’t having that. We pulled another audible and moved to the other side where we finished up with squats & Al Gores while curling, squatting and shoulder pressing a 30lb cinderblock.
COR-6 highly motivated and highly dedicated Pax

The 6: Sipe told us his story and it think its pretty cool that he has been there since the very beginning. Sipe is one of our strongest performing pax except when it comes to water workouts. He is an inspiration for sure.
    Announcements & Prayer intensions
Finished in prayer and most of us headed to the Cherry Street Mission to live 3rd.
Thanks for letting me lead and for dealing with the audibles.
