Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    12 PAX came toast birthday celebration. It began with the mission statement and five core principles.
    The party was basic and simple we would be doing 56 reps of various exercises as follows.
    56 windmills.
    56 flutter kicks.
    56 side straddle hops in secret Cadence. Terrible failure, in particular by the Q. No punishment inflicted.
    56 BigBoy Situps
    56 plank jack shoulder Taps.
    56 lunges
    11 Burpies
    56 merkens
    11 burpies
    12 burpies
    56 count planks
    11 burpies
    56 are presses.
    11 burpies
    11 absolutions
    11 burpies
    56 surrenders done in pairs (28 each)
    It was a pleasure leading the group and this Q felt honored to have so many PAX come.and celebrate.
    Ended in COR, NOR and COT.
