Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Each day, the “Man in the Mirror” has a choice. A choice to make himself better. Today, we ALL made the choice to be better by showing up! Time to go to work.
25 SSH in cadence
Mosey around the “rock” and back
Circle up, count off by 4’s to form “groups”. Within each “group” PAX split up into two-man “teams”
The Thang: 5 stations. Group #1 starts at station #1, Group #2 starts at station #2, etc.
Each team will complete the total number of reps for that exercise
While one PAX works, the other holds squat or plank, switch until complete
Run to the “rock” and back after each station has been completed.
