Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    We had a great time today! We opened with just a short message about being a man. Then we broke up into three groups of five Spartans. We tried to complete the Spartan 300 but no team completed it. So here is what was completed. Each team was to total 300 reps for the following exercises, Merkins, LBC’s, Burpees, Starfish Situps, Swimmer Merkins, and V Sit-ups. There were several more exercises planned but we did not get to those due to time constraints. Also, to get in some cardio work, while part of the team was performing the exercise, the other portion of the team ran approximately 50 yards down the track and back, switching on and off. So part of the team was always running and another part of the team was performing the exercise.

    Attending were The Colonel, Hedgehog, Splinter, Goose, Extra Extra, Trinity, Ozzie,Vance, Dirty 41, Mater, Danica, Rose, Kitty, Mayer and the Q, Landslide.
