Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    It was very exciting to be back in the mix and Q at the Fuse! Still shy a WC point needed by Qing, YHC was eager to close out a hard fought winter. We were greeted with 43 degree temperatures and medium rain on dreary Saturday morning. The PAX was in good spirits with many in attendance participating in the Jimmy V 3rd F extravaganza the night before! Colonel arrived in weather appropriate shorts and light windbreaker, ready to tackle the morning. Started with the 5 core principles and we were off to the races.

    Warm Up:
    SSH x 20 – IC
    Windmills x 15 – IC
    Rotating Merkins x 15- IC
    Ran a ~1/4 mile loop around Southview Pride Rock (not to be confused with THE pride rock), and moseyed back over to the tennis courts.

    The Thang:
    Round 1:
    -Bear crawl the width of the first tennis court and then do 25 rotating merkins.
    -Run back to start and do suicides the width of the 5 tennis courts
    -25 Flutter kicks 4 is 1

    Round 2:
    -Bear crawl to the end of the second tennis court and then do 20 rotating merkins.
    -Run back to start and do suicides the width of the 5 tennis courts
    -25 Flutter kicks 4 is 1

    Round 3:
    -Bear crawl to the end of the third tennis court and then do 15 rotating merkins.
    -Run back to start and do suicides the width of the 5 tennis courts
    -25 Flutter kicks 4 is 1

    Round 4:
    -Bear crawl to the end of the fourth tennis court and then do 10 rotating merkins.
    -Run back to start and do suicides the width of the 5 tennis courts
    -25 Flutter kicks 4 is 1

    Round 5:
    -Bear crawl to the end of the fifth tennis court and then do 5 rotating merkins.
    -Run back to start and do suicides the width of the 5 tennis courts
    -25 Flutter kicks 4 is 1

    We all finished with the 6 and mosey’d back to the flag.

    The conditions were not great but i think the spirits of the PAX seemed to pick up as the workout went on as everyone was completely drenched and ready to make Chick-Fil-a’s morning by turning the restaurant into a slip and slide.

    We finished with COT, BOM, Goose was our 6.

    Moleskin:
    -Colonel was giving off the GFY vibe right from the start but warmed up like the big teddy bear he is.
    -Pretty sure YHC called Speedo Geppetto maybe more than once, my apologies! However Gep is a HIM so maybe considered a compliment?
    -Sipe was in full sleeves mode for the rain.
