Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.
On a cold rainy morning 5 members of The PAX showed up to do a work out that included both an anaerobic and aerobic workout. We began by presenting the five principles of F3. These members included Dr Nick, Ozzie, Goose,Danica and yours truly. Once the principles were presented we spent about five minutes stretching out. We then went to the track and began the longest mile workout. We did ten burpees then we ran one hundred meters. Ten squats, ten merkins, with ten LBC’s with a run between every exercise. This completed the first mile. We ran another mile by incorporating different exercises every two hundred meters. At the end we finished by stretching out again and doing nameorama and counterama together. COT was completed with announcements and prayers request.
