The Thang
Ladder workout starting each round with 5 burpees and adding an exercise in increments of 5 with the 6th round being 30 reps of that exercise and a parking lot lap to the cone and back in between rounds. Burpees, Big boys, Merkins, Lunges, American Hammers and Mountain Climbers then back down the ladder. All in ladder completion included 440 reps and approximately 1.1 miles run.
Closed out with 5 burpees in cadence after Mole praised the extreme number of burpees performed during the week thus far.
