St. James Takes over The Wolfe

Q: Mailman, Gasman, Boo Boo
Mailman: After the Welcome, Mission of F3, and Core Principles, we moseyed over to the front of the school by the rock. We then paired off and wheelbarrowed 60 yards. Then switched with our partners and wheelbarrowed another 60 yards, to finish off the triangle we did 50 yard burpee broad jumps. We did one repeato then moseyed to the track where Gasman took over.
Gasman: 100 sprint, 10 football dollies, 20 big bois, 30 Crunchy Frogs, shuffle the curve, repeato, 100 sprint, 10 football dollies, 15 big bois, 20 Crunchy Frogs, shuffle the curve, repeato, sprint 100. Mosey back to parking lot
Boo Boo: Partners lined up, with one partner Rifle carrying to end of parking lot, did 20 reps and farmer carried back while other partner did a core exercise.
