    “The Drywall Workout”

    15 PAX no FNGs

    This is a repeat of a beatdown I lead a few years ago. The difference is we now have a spot to do pull-ups at Stone Wolfe. There was less complaining today than there was last time. The workout was broken into 4 rounds. Each round was 9 minutes with a one minute rest between rounds. Each round had four exercises to complete and then run to the pull up bars, do as many as you can, wait 10 seconds, then do two more pull-ups. Run back and continue with the same 4 moves until the round is over.

    Round 1 – 5 Man Makers, 10 squats, 15 merkins, 20 big boys
    Round 2 – 5 Burpees, 10 Thrusters, 15 Overhead Block Press, 20 Leg Raises
    Round 3 – 5 Mike Tysons, 10 Lunges, 15 Block Swings, 20 Plank knee to elbows
    Round 4 – 5 LT Dans, 10 Alternating Merkins (on-block), 15 Goblet Squats, 20 Rows (10 Right/10Left)

    COT: Trojan was the 6. Announcements were made. A prayer was said.

    PAX: Hedgehog, Pinewood, Pixar, Cratchit, Brute, Trojan, Sipe, Scuba Steve, Gas Man, Boo Boo, Bambi, Flush, Tupac, Tucky and Mole as Q.
