The Thang:
Record numbers on this blistery morning at Stone Wolfe! We started off with the core principles and a warm up jog around the school. Next we lined up in the back of the school where there were three markers, each 50 yards from each other. We would start at the school wall, run 50 yards to the first marker, do 10 horsey ups; bear crawl or lunge 50 yards to the second marker, do one of the movements listed below for 30 reps; bear crawl or lunge to the third marker, do 10 horsey ups, then run back to the building and repeato.
Rounds:
• Squats
• Lunges
• Merkins
• Sit Ups
• Wheelbarrow Merkins (partner workout)
• American Hammers (4 is 1)
We ended with 10 minute abs. that consisted of:
• 50 LBCS
• 1 min low plank
• 50 Flutter Kicks (4 is 1)
• 1 min high plank
• 30 V-Ups
• 1 min low plank
