A test of Mental Toughness – January 22, 2020
There is a near certainty for every winter beatdown at Stone Wolfe – it’s going to be cold and there will be wind. The idea for today was to make it a little more uncomfortable with a difficult beatdown and 10 of the worst songs of the last 30 years.
The Thang: 3 Exercises per round, 10 reps per exercise. 50 yard run after each of the three moves are completed, then start over with the three moves and repeat until the song is over.
