The Thang: We reran a Bob Vance beatdown from a week prior at the Dawg House. We counted off so we (5) had groups of three and (2) groups of 4. We proceeded to the field. Each group worked together to complete the total number of reps for each movement before going down the list. While 2 members of the group did the movements, the third member ran to a cone (30 yards), bear crawled to the next cone (20 yards), then ran another 30 yards. Same process coming back to the rest of the team.
The movements were as follows:
• 50 Jump Squats
• 100 Burpees
• 150 Big Boys
• 200 Hand Release Merkins
• 250 Side Saddle Hops (4 is 1)
• 300 Mountain Climbers (4 is 1)
• 350 Freddie Mercurys (4 is 1)
• 400 Air Presses
