Intro – 5 core princples
Get started with:
– side straddle hops
– imperial walkers
– Lap around the school to preview the fun drills
10 Circuit Sets – Bonus station (10 burpees)
– Jog with your brick to every station
Once done w each drill, side shuffle back and forth 20 yards 2xs
w strength bands on
1 – Irish Jigs – 15 taps a side
2 – Rope skips 2-3 ropes (50 skips)
3-Fat Thruster buster – 15
4 – side shuffle w bands 20 yrds and back x 2
5 – hand release Merkins – 20
6 – Kilngers hold the brick overhead 15 (two is one)
7- Kettle swings – 15
8 – Side hip flexers (Bands) 20 each side
9 – Deadlift, Curl and Curl and press 15
10 – Squats w the block – 15
