Irish Springs and Mailman had two rows of 5 cones running east/west. The cones were staggered every 30 yards totaling 150 yards. The Qs asked each PAX to count off by 2s. Team 1 was on one set of cones, team 2 on the other set of cones. Instructions were simple: As a group, bear crawl to each cone, do the movement, all group members must be completed with the reps before moving towards the next cone.
Instead of planking for the six, we did burpees until the six finished, then bear crawled to the next cone, once all 5 stations were completed, as a team, we did an Indian run back to the starting line and repeato.
• From start line, to 1st cone (everyone does 10 burpees)
• Bear crawl from 1st cone to 2nd cone (everyone does 20 Klinger Kicks 4 is 1)
• Bear crawl from 2nd cone to 3rd cone (everyone does 30 Merkins)
• Bear crawl from 3rd cone to 4th cone (everyone does 40 Jump Squats)
• Bear crawl from 4th cone to 5th cone (everyone does 50 Sit Ups)
• Indian run as a team back to start
