“The 200”
Warmup Mosey to track
Split into 4 teams and two teams went to opposing sides of the track. QIC had a great plan on paper and botched the execution. Minnie renamed the beatdown to “CF cardio” in honor of my awesome execution of the plan. Check…
Basic concept was a relay of 200 yd sprints around the track. The runners are the timers of the exercise stations. Each lane on the track had an exercise to follow. PAX progressed from the outside lane to the inside lane as each runner came in from the opposite side of the track. Once the final station was reached the PAX ran to the opposite side of the track.
Exercises were as follows:
Side 1 –
Slam ball, Glute bridge, Burpee, Banded squat, American hammer, inchworm.
Side 2 –
Mt climber, Banded Merkin, Lt. Dan, Burpee, Carilina Dry Dock, Superman.
Although the initial planning was flawed, and audible saved the morning and everyone got a solid beatdown. Lesson learned….
