24 total Pax were in attendance for a Musical Chairs themed beatdown.
A series of upper-body, core, and leg exercises were done by one partner while the other partner completed a there-and-back exercise of lunges/side-lunges/backward-lunges. Music played and when the the musical chairs song came on, both partners had to locate and get to a blue marker around the parking lot. Those Pax that could not find a blue marker ran to the dumpsters and back, completed 5 burpees when getting to the dumpsters. Pax who found a blue marker did planks or a series of exercises until the others returned. Then the game continued.
An FNG was in attendance – Boo Boo
Strong words shared by the 6 (Mole). The support of the PAX encourages us to push through the difficulties and lift ourselves higher.
