Lap around the track – run straightaway, carioca corner, back pedal straightaway, carioca corner
3) Squat Jacks, Wide Merkins, American Hammers – 12 reps each in cadence
Lap around the track – 3 burpees at each corner
4) Lt Dans, Mt Climbers, Prayer Crunch – 12 reps each in cadence
Lap around the track – run straightaway, carioca corner, back pedal straightaway, carioca corner
5) Shoulder Press, Plank Jacks, PLank up/downs – 12 reps in cadence
