   Here’s a little story I’d like to tell,
   About my F3 brothers I knew so well
   It started at the Ant Hill at 5:30
   With Dauber leading The S.O.B
   We did a bunch of SSHs during the verse,
   Burpees at the refrain caused many to curse

   Windmills and flutterkicks were next in line,
   Klinger helped the Q keep the cadence and the time

   One lonely F3 I be,trying to explain how BlackJack would be,
   The PAX chimed in with dope mumblechatter while I felt my stress as Q get a little fatter
   1 Merkin, a run and 20 LBCs,
   Then 2, run and 19 that’s how it would be

   As PE and Pearl Jam blasted out he speaker,
   We busted out the BlackJack as muscles grew weaker

   After 20 minutes of run, some PAX dying of thirst,
   Finished with a 7s routine that wAs never well rehearsed
   Squats and American hammers was the plan
   Bear crawls/ lunges between my man

   Picked up the 6 with some more crawls
   And all of a sudden it was 6:10 y’all.
