   PAX: 13 Total – Dauber, Jazzy-C, Kitty, Bluto, Splinter, Modell, Stamper, Sipe, Hustle, Brita, Poodle, Cabbage, Scrooge

   After a little bit of waiting around for Mailman to show up we quickly realized he was going to “Mater” this morning and YHC humbly stepped up to lead the beatdown that is the Murph.

   After a quick explanation of F3 that YHC fumbled through Murph was explained.

   Murph
   1 Mile run (4 laps of Stranahan)
   100 Pullups
   200 Pushups
   300 Air Squats
   1 Mile Run (4 laps of Stranahan)

   Finished it up with a COT and BOM with prayers for our troops, fires out in LA, kids with social media and for us to be better Men and lead by example with treating Women with respect.

   It was an honor to lead you men today in the gloom and I’m sure Mailman won’t pull a Mater again.

   Moleskin:
   Lot’s of mumble chatter during the workout about all the good times from the Goruck tough this past weekend.
   I could be mistaken but I’m pretty sure Dauber said he hadn’t heard of the upcoming Growruck and was going to check his schedule to see if he can sign up.
   For some reason pullups just aren’t getting any easier, guess YHC should work on those.
