    Trinity says:

    QIC: Trinity
PAX: 20 Total – Poodle, Froman, Worm, Ticket, Honeymoon, Mater, Klinger, Sipe, Jimmy Dean, Kitty, Rose, Scrooge, Mailman, Ozzie, Hedgehog, Colonel, Costanza, Dirty, and Trinity. El Chapo showed up for moral support.
Great to see Ticket back out there!

Warmup: Indian run around the school x 2. Attempt to EH local law enforcement was quickly shut down by the K-9 unit in the back seat. Second lap gave the 5-0 a wide birth. We then circled up for “Uno” merkins – one legged merkins done on a four-count, a total of 10 was completed.

    The Thang:

We partnered up and tackled 3 rounds of the following:
Round 1: While one partner did Burp-Ups the other did lunges with a jump squat thrown in after every fourth step for a total distance of approximately 75 yards.Partners switched.
Round 2: More Burp-Ups while partner did Bear Crawls, approximately 75 yards. Partners switched.
Round 3: Still more Burup-Ups while partner did Crawl Bears, approximately 75 yards.

Two waves of sprints, beginning in elbow plank position, approximate distance of 75 yards. Honeymoon took charge and made sure the second wave got moving. We did this two more times for a total of 3 sprints.

We circled back up for partner leg-throws. Total of 20 each.

Pax moseyed back to the playground for two sets of 10 dips. While one partner did dips, the other did flutter kicks.

We finished with another round of “Uno” merkins. YHC was running out of gas as demonstrated by only taking the PAX through 4 reps before shifting legs…completely threw everyone’s balance and cadence off. Additional cadence practice clearly needed for YHC.

    – Count-o-rama / Name-o-rama

Prayer Intentions: Android’s family, Mercy’s step-children, the DelVerne family, Honeymoon’s coworker dealing with the loss of their baby and anyone who may be alone at Christmas. An important and needed reminder from Klinger to always respect the Circle of Trust.

Always an honor and privilege to lead you men.
