   QIC – Trinity
   PAX – 23 – Hustle, Dauber, Mater, Cogsworth, Poodle, Brute, Android, Splinter, Kitty, Sipe, Gap, Rose, Colonel, Ozzie, Rihanna, Sideshow, Klinger, The Mickey, Froman, Spider Monkey, Cousteau, Trapeze, Trinity

   We did a quick review of the 5 core principles and then got to it. We started with the rules for the inaugural game of F3 Uno:
   – Blue cards = Burpees
   – Red cards = Merkins
   – Yellow cards = American Hammers
   – Green cards = Jump Squats
   – Wild cards = Pax choice, 10 reps
   – Reverse cards = 1 lap around the school
   We split into two teams and sprinted approximately 25 yards from station A to station B to pick up a card and then back to station A to execute the exercise. Each Pax took a turn carrying our F3 cinder block and the chance to practice leading cadence for the exercise. When all was said and done, there were no losers as everyone completed approximately:
   – 70 Merkins
   – 70 Burpees
   – 70 Jump squats
   – 70 American Hammers
   – 4 laps around the school

   BOM – Prayers for Mater’s daughter, Mother Rucker’s father, DelVerne family and Cogsworth reminded us life is short and to never forget that. YHC made mention of the Dad’s Edge podcast and the recent episode focused on the importance of developing a “band of brothers” and stepping out of our comfort zone.
