   QIC – Poodle
   PAX – 17 – Pixar, John Henry, Brita, Klinger, Kitty, Sipe, Sideshow, Pooh Bear, Colonel, Scrooge, Dauber, Android, Rihanna, Jimmy Dean, Brute, Mater

   The Pax showed up ready in the gloom, we did a review of the F3 Principles and got right into the workout:

   The Thang:
   -Warm up in cadence with 25 side straddle hops, 20 windmills, mosey around the school.
   The Bobby Hurley Beatdown consisted of the following:
   -Partner up with 1 partner jogging backwards approximately 50 yards, performing a “Bobby Hurley” showing off their best jump shot (Dauber’s left jumper still looked solid) then jogging back to switch with Partner 2. During the jog the opposite partner is performing the following exercises until the team reaches the total:
   1st half:
   -100 Burpees
   -200 LBC’s
   -300 squats
   After a very short halftime break we started the 2nd half:
   -300 arm circles
   -150 merkins
   -300 imperial walkers
   *The PAX did an excellent job of staying with the 6 and assisting when necessary so the team stayed together!
   The group finished with a round of Guantanamo

   -Sipe was the 6 and shared his name is from the last great Browns QB who played decades ago, he also mentioned how much he loved the Wednesday morning and evening F3 groups, hopefully he’ll warm up to the Ant Hill team as well.

   BOM – Prayers for DelVerne family, Colt was able to ring the bell after his first round of treatment! The group is reminded to pray for people who struggle in this cold and don’t have a warm place to stay, as always prayers for the troops and veterans. As mentioned this morning Time is the most valuable resource we all have so continue to take advantage and use it wisely making each day count.
