   PAX: Kitty, Hustle, Scrooge, Mailman, Sipe, Brita, Splinter, John Henry, Jimmy Dean, Worm, Brute, Gap, Froman, Oscar Meyer, Rose with the Q

   The Thang: The PAX Circled up at 0530 on a wet 43 degree morning for the F3 core principles.

   The PAX warmed up with a brief jog around the building to scope out the stations then split into two groups. Group 1 started at station 1 and group 2 started at station 4. Each group completed their station then moseyed to the next. The PAX bear crawled from station 4 to 5, ran a lap around the 4 baseball diamonds, then bear crawled back to station 1.

   Station 1 (SW corner of the building)- 20 Burpees
   Station 2 (NW corner of the building)- 20 Squats
   Station 3 (NE corner of the building)- 20 Merkins
   Station 4 (SE corner of the building/monkey bars)- 10 Pull Ups
   Station 5 (baseball diamond benches)- 20 Dips

   The PAX made it through this circuit for two rotations and then finished with some core work.

   – Two set of 50 flutter kicks and cadence
   – Plank for a slow 60 count
   – Superman/rocket man for a slow 60 count

   The Q ended with a COT and prayers for the Troops, the family of Bob Holmes who passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Splinters grandma recovering from surgery, patience and for Gap and his arm.
