   QIC: Poodle
   PAX: Hedgehog, Stamper, Kitty, Splinter, Hustle, John Henry, Colonel, Sideshow, Brutes, Pooh Bear, Sipe, Bluto, Gap, Cogsworth, Romano, Poodle,
   16 strong showed up on a cold April morning to complete the Murph. After covering the principles and a quick warm up with some side straddle hops we got after it.
   The Thang:
   -1 mile run
   -100 pull ups
   -200 push ups
   -300 squats
   -1 mile run

   The PAX up a strong effort with many completing the Murph while enjoying the serenade of 90’s and 2000’s mix of hip hop and rock.
   The Murph is always a great way for the PAX to honor Lt. Michael Murphy and his courageous and selfless sacrifice for this country. QIC discussed with an active duty Army Captain on the best things we can do for the troops. Outside of the prayers and donating to military causes he says the thing that hits him the most is when someone just says thanks for his service. It’s because of these sacrifices that we are able to enjoy the freedom we have!

   Finished with prayer intentions for Bluto’s dad, the unemployed, Hustle’s friend’s health, and patience.

   It was impressive to watch GAP complete the Murph literally with one arm tied behind his back!

   Always an honor to lead this group and especially grateful to get to lead the Murph!
