   The Thang – YHC was humbled by the outpouring of support of 26 pax for his VQ. After going over the 5 core principles of F3, the pax moseyed to the back parking lot for track 1 of the F3 greatest hits album. Track 1 was a cover of Brita’s bearcrawl suicides workout. The pax bear crawled to the first cone (roughly 8 yards) and ran back to perform 10 burpees, this was followed by bear crawling to the second cone (16 yards) running back and doing 20 jump squats, 3rd cone 30 merkins, 4th cone 40 mountain climbers and the 5th cone and 50 american hammers. Track 2 was originally performed by Belding, titled the Partner BLIMPS run. The pax quickly partnered up, worried about size difference if there was carrying involved. YHC quickly re-assured there would be no carrying this fine morning. As 1 member of the team took a run around the school, the second member performed Burpees followed by partner 2 taking a trot while partner 1 did the burpees. This was repeated with Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Plank Jacks, and Squats. With little time remaining YHC decided perfect timing for a Guantanamo.

   Know the 6 – Sideshow heaped lots of praise on the pax this morning for being great role models, but we also thank you for also being a great role model and inspiration to all of us
   COT – Intentions for Gap’s son’s classmate who is battling brain cancer, the tragedy of a young life lost in Defiance and comfort for that family shared by Hustle, and for all the troops keeping us safe and giving us the freedom to be out in the gloom.

   Thank you for all the support in my VQ, and thank you all for being great men and brothers and look forward to more days in the gloom.
