   The thang:
   Circled up in a plank while quickly going through the F3 principles (no FNGs). Went straight into 30 merkins in cadence to get loosened up.

   Did an Indian run around the bounds of the whole property and ended at the playground area.

   Diablo rojo translates to red devil… Which is what we used to call suicide runs in basketball practice. So the beatdown is relatively simple: do an exercise, then do a red devil.
