    Event: Ruck + PT = 🙂
    Date: Thursday, April 18, 2019
    Location: Ant Hill

11 PAX: Jimmy Dean, Danica, Beaker, Cousteau, Doyt, Trinity, Vance Refrigeration, Extra Extra, MacMurray, Hustle, Bullock

    Q: Jimmy Dean

After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work. The beatdown was one of GORUCK’s April Challenge workouts. The men were encouraged to bring their rucksacks for the beatdown. Some men modified with weighted vests as well.

As YHC expected, this was the 2nd toughest GORUCK April challenge workout with the bear crawls. Trinity and Hustle took off to shuffle run the ruck portion and Cousteau did his final lap around the school as a run. The rest of the group was content with rucking at a 14 minute mile pace.

The PT portion proved to be brutal with the 25m bear crawls with all but Beaker and Vance finishing together. Some men joined those two to encourage Vance to finish strong while the rest circled up for some ruck PT to close out.

COT, COR and NOR. Our KT6 was Vance Refrigeration who shared how Trinity EH’d him to come out and that he loves coming out and being pushed by the other men.

In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Bullock as he travels on spring break, as well as our troops and first responders.

Always an honor to lead this group of men! Aye!

    THE THANG:
