The Beatdown – An original and cover song was played while the beatdown was ongoing, everyone did the first set together, after each round of songs Original or Cover was chosen individually and that was the exercise for the next set of songs.
1st Round
Bear Crawl Shuttle (Bear Crawl to first cone, run back and do 10 reps, second cone and back 20 reps etc… for 5 cones)
10 – Burpees
20 – Lunges 2 is 1
30 – LBC’s
40 – Mountain Climbers 2 is 1
50 – American Hammers 2 is 1
2nd Round – Everyone chose Cover
Side Squat Shuttle (Side squat to first cone and back then exercise, repeat for cones 2, 3, 2, 1)
10 – Pull Ups
20 – Ski Abs
30 – V Ups
40 – Klinger Kicks 2 is 1
50 – Plank Jacks
3rd Round – Everyone picked original
Inch Worm Shuttle (intended to inch worm to first cone and back for each rep, this turned into inchworm to 1st cone and back, run, 2nd cone and back, run etc…..)
